UT covers many different practices with many different theories, goals!

AUT is just one of those!

Its purpose is to feed back all the antibody complexes passed in the urine so that the overactive immune system can be used to fight itself!

This can be done with urine processed and reintroduced by a doctor''s injection, homeopathically if one knows enough theory to do the dilutions or has assistance from an experienced practitioner, or the way I have done it, just using about a teaspoon held briefly sublingually.

Some say use morning urine only, but I figured that the composition of antibodies would be constantly varying, so do this every time I pass only number one!

As you can see, I am not a do it by the recipe kind of gal. Don't cook with set recipes, either!
