and first inversion experience...

quite different as compared to using the slant board. way more traction felt in my back and nice stretch throughtout abdominal region, I didn't really feel any stretch in abdominals using a board, or shifting of digestive organs. so should be interesting to see any changes now. I also rock a bit in between inversion, and that feels great.
