Hi Charlie,
A recipe was posted on CZ for grated carrot, 1 Tbsp of olive oil, and 1 Tbsp of lemon. This is supposed to clean the liver if taken for a week.
When I take this the elimination the next day is often dark green.
Does that mean the gallbladder is emptying? Would that be a good thing to do on a continuing basis?
Does your tonic mainly make the gall bladder empty, or is there a lot more to healing the liver than that?
