Hi,
Thanks for your response, I work in operations for a trucking company. I either drink a 1/2 cup, 1 cup, or swish around a small amount under my tongue for a while every morning. I'd been reveiwing ML's forum for a while and drank his drink for about 3 months, recently I've just been doing molasses and lemon juice. And yes I eat very well bit dont have a refractometer, I just by local organic foods and go by my instincts. Not sure if im always getting hi BRIX or not, but am hoping so. I really love UT, I no longer have any gas or stomach issues when drink my morning urine
