I share your concerns.

That is why I use only a very small amount of urine, less than 1 TSP, each time I make water.

At this stage, my goal is to desensitize myself. This is AUT [autoimmune urine therapy] rather than UT [urine therapy] where much more urine may be taken.

Practicers of both share this forum. As I examined results, it seemed that those that started off too quickly with large amounts were having problems. They tended to see them as "detox" but I suspect your fears of potential auto intoxication and negative recycle may be a realistic fear in some circumstances.

I am having great success doing it as I have described. I combine it with ER4YT for O non-secretor and the Moreless pH protocol.

Feel better than I have since age 14, and I am on the autumn side of 55!
