1 quart = 2 pints = 4 cups = 32 fl.oz. For the Water Cure you have to use 1/4 tsp. of salt for every quart of water you drink. So you personally would need a little over 1/2 tsp. of salt a day. Actually, i weigh the same as you (140 lb.). Here's what i do - i take a little over 1/2 tsp. of salt, and put it in an empty salt shaker. I sprinkle the salt over my food and water throughout the whole day. So by the time i finish my last meal, the shaker is empty.
