I'm saving this post too, and thank you.

One thing I cannot tolerate though is raw ACV. Strange as it may sound, I used to take distilled vinegar with every meal because I tended to be too alkaline.

UT seems to have lowered my pH, so an alkaline program might be a great idea for me now.
