That is good that your headaches are gone and back ache.
Grey hair? I can’t answer if you ever get help for that.
I’ve seen relatively young people with grey hair and here I am way past 60 and my hair hasn’t turner grey so far.

I was hesitant to start LFs but considered them safe as long as it’s done sensibly and not too often.
Help to understand the working principle of Liver-Flush to get the best out of it.
We the people do lot worse thing to our body and often willingly like consuming a bottle of vine and sometimes whisky. We eat all kind of stuff without suffering immediate problems. Not necessarily everybody but some!
LF is not, as sometimes people erroneously believe cure for all deceases.
It is only amplifying what our body is supposed to do naturally!

Understandably it isn’t for everybody as we are all different.
Different by physiology and different by opinion!

By the way, how is your blood pressure?
Do you get tired more than usual and what time usually?
