It sounds to me like you have an issue I had when I was in college. Only mine was anorexia, which lead to anxiety and asthma. From my experience, you really need emotional help because the emotional stress is causing the physical symptoms. It was a long road for me. But once I started doing EFT and found my faith in Jesus, my life turned around. It was a process mind you, but it can be done. I suggest you call go to mercola.com and call them. They can find an EFT therapist for you. THere is hope for you.
