Hi Erika. I am a beginner, too, so take what I say as simply what gleened from the Blessed Herb site.

By the way, we are on the same page. I, too, just order the Blessed Herb colon kit and wondered if I could do green drinks instead of juice, as I have Sugar issues.

I did a lot of reading here and there yesterday and I took notes. I would say it's very okay to use the green stuff if you want. If you can take a green drink as opposed to a pill, that would be better as they said a liguid juice diet is BEST. After all, you can even eat if you want, the cleansing will be less but you can still do it so I am sure the green drink is OK.

I hope to do liquids only. A little bit of juice and then green drink the other times. I am excited! I really want a change...
