That sounds like a great bath. I'll have to give it a try. If you are near a ocean that is fit to swim in that really helps, even better is a salt spring if you can find one, any spring would probably be good. Hydro therapy was one of the things that has help the most. When swimming in the ocean and spring, in the beginning, I could see the stuff being drawn out of my skin. It also helps the stress of dealing with all this.

I've read some good stuff about ghee, never had the chance to try it. Let me know. On the buttermilk, the less processed the better, the thick stuff seems to work best. I was only able to get an over processed brand on vacation, it didn't help at all.

Castor oil is my newest weapon, and it is working. Castor oil packs, drinking castor oil, and putting it in and around my eyes before bed. I had an awful infestation of some in and around my eyes. The castor oil is killing it. There is an Edgar Cayce forum on curezone.
