Do you dilute the ACV or apply it straight? Is it best to leave it on overnight or rinse it off after 15 minutes?

Also, I have a bunch of flat moles/sunspots I keep getting from the sun, will doing this routine with ACV for Acne have any effect on them? I've heard ACV is quite harsh for mole removal, so I definitely don't want to do that on my face. But if it will fade them away from doing the routine for acne, I'll be killing two birds with one stone.
