It appears that your sysmptoms (gastro problems, insomnia, inability to handle stress, feeling of shakiness, shortness of breath or being nervous for nothing, etc) are similar to those of Adrenal Fatigue (especially) and Hypoglycemia symptoms. The two are inter-related. Check the AF & Hypoglycemia forums and read the books and websites that are suggested in there for more and detailed information. Been there, done that.
