Hi Katie,
I am not sure what your background/history is but have you ever considered the possibility that your physical problems, especially the longstanding constipation, could be tied to some emotional cause or incident? Not sure what that would be but physical health in a lot of cases is determined by emotional health and until you deal or find out what that is you may be running in circles.
