Hi Moreless,

I posted a message just over a week ago re my eczema. Since then, I have taken detox baths every second day (hydrogen peroxide is expensive!), ACV spray and sipping on 2 cups of alkalising drinks a day. Am trying to work up to 3.

This is what I put in my drink:

1 tbsp BSM
1 tspn powdered kelp
1/2 lemon or ACV (to taste; usually 1.5 tbsp)
A pinch of ES

I cant find pickling lime; are the measurements above in the correct proportion minus the pickling lime? I'm not sure about the acidity/alkaline ratio (or whatever the scientific side). I seem to come across builder's lime when searching online(for construction); Is this the same thing??? Have found some from the States but am hoping to buy within country (Australia).

I was supping with Lugol's iodine, selenium, Vit C and multi B vit complex before I started your protocol (am still doing those things). -----------Success Testimonial-------It wasnt until I tried your drinks and detox baths that there was a big improvement. My skin actually feels like normal skin! The redness is slowly fading and my skin isnt as dry (though the driest part is still shedding a lot of skin).

Also, is it ok to add baking soda to a detox bath that already has ACV, hydrogen peroxide and ES? I'm not sure if that would be too much or perhaps I could eliminate one of the ingredients. I was thinking ACV... What role does the baking soda have in the detox baths?

Thanks Moreless
