Actually it is in there and looks just like the others: full size and "in shape". There was no other visible issues that I can tell other than the one time pain and the x-ray. Never had a cavity or any other issue with that tooth. Its just like the rest :)
I have always been told they should be pulled just because they could possibly cause issues later in life. Well I did not like that answer and never had them pulled. Even now I am debating, but if its truly dead for whatever reason, maybe now is a good time to do this one. The other wisdom teeth are fine.
