Katie, I'm only going to respond to the flushing part of this question:

Flushing 25 times over a 5 yr period is about 20% of what you needed to be doing.  HC:  flush every 2-4 weeks.  You were flushing about every 10wk if that was a regular schedule.  Flush on a regular schedule until you have 3 stone free flushes in a row.  This is the Hulda Clark protocol, not the Hulda Clark suggestion.  So what you're saying is "I did it wrong and it didn't work"?  SELAH:  think on these things.
