Hi, I can't believe I am on Day 38 just 2 more days to go . Originally I wanted do 21 Days ,I took one day at a time attitude. This is my first M.C. It's been a amazing journey!. It really helps me physically and mentally. I have a clear mind and spiritually uplifting. I appreciated this site and specially Pepe. He knows a lot and very supportive. Thanks again.

I still have a question about after cleansing. Since I am doing 40 days how long do I have to take O.J and how many days do I have to eat vegetable soup & salad. When can I eat solid food?
I really don't want to ruin this 40 days hard work. I am planing to make fresh vegetable juice . How many times a day do I have to take vegetable juice with food or just vegetable juice alone?
