I have done 25 liver flushes in the past 5 years for constipation and chronic muscle and nerve pain. Outside of that I was doing ok. Have had huge improvements in my health. However, about 3 months ago I started on an herbal program with enzymes and herbs, and 2 weeks into it started yawning constantly, short of breath, MUCH more constipated and exhausted often. So I stopped the herbs after a month, and This has still been going on for a few months. So since liver flushing did not solve my problems, I ordered Dr Charlies tonic. I have not recieved it yet. But I noticed in another post you mentioned shortness of breath caused by liver congestion. I sure hope that is what it is. My question
1. do you know why enzymes, liver herbs, and kidney herbs might cause the shortness of breath to suddenly appear, and constipation get worse after ALL these flushes? I was tested on these herbs by someone else and they said they were fine for me.
