Hi again, I'm glad you received another response, especially of a personal testimonial.
And I'm sure during the week you'll receive additional input, on the weekends the forums are usually slower. I'm no expert... but if it gives you any peace, it's my gut feeling you're doing everything right. That you have your wisdom teeth is awesome. Kudos to you - you researched and found someone you felt comfortable with to do your Amalgam removal, and apparently that went very well for you. Your dentist seems knowledgeable and experienced, and I really appreciate that he shares his reasoning with you. It's certainly difficult to find a dentist who is trustworthy. Did you ask him what could happen if you kept the dead tooth?
The poster below mentioned the tooth/whole body/organ connection, so let me provide a link which has a chart showing the relationships. You may find this useful now or at some point.

It's my general observation that most holistic dentists will recommend removal of a dead tooth, because it's kind of like leaving a dead organ in the body.
I hope all goes well for you and you have peace with your decision. BTW, it's great you do OP! :-)
Blessings, Flower
