Thanks Flower...He think did mention something about doing it in a certain way to not cause those root tip or Cavitation issues. Regarding the pain, he said that since its a dead tooth, this could have radiated from there causing the pain, and could also casue issues with other teeth or bodily functions. The digital x-ray showed the tooth gray, and that apparently means the tooth is dead. He does not believe in root canals and neither do I, and he says he is very careful about Cavitations as well. This tooth has no fillings in it ever and never caused a problem. I also have all my wisdom teeth still in. Hope this helps :)
