Hey Miss H, how's it going.
Oregano oil is a good idea, I'm out right now because I used up all I had taking it for candida. I also was putting it in my neti pot occasionally. I'm using Grapefruit-Seed-Extract now, about 8 drops in a cup of salt water.

Yeah, I noticed a little pollen thing aggravating the situation too. I never had allergies until I moved to Los Angeles. Someone said it's because you never get a break. Something is always flowering year-round.

What kind of music do you do?
