Hi again sky22,

I haven't told anyone other than my husband that I am fasting because of the reactions people would have, it would cause me too much grief. My husband is very supportive of anything that I want to do because he knows that I research things very well before I jump into them, so I'm luckier than some who have spouses who don't understand.
