ok -- i'll admit up front i'm a clueless newbie

but i thought too much salt was terrible. that we have way too much salt in our diet. that it leads to hypertension and all these other problems.

now you are saying to eat more of it???

i'm not doubting what you are saying, but can you tell us why..?
