Thank you as always. Yes, I have not taken anything but filtered water today. I am going out now to buy distilled water. First half day was hard as my body kept on saying eat, eat eat. I also gazed at food stuff seating on the kitchen counter and fought back. I am feeling ok now.

I am going to try 5 days of fast.
