Bythc, you could be right, that stuff is evil...and probably helped contribute to my state I'm in. It could've been any of them,...before getting Candida, I was the Antibiotic queen...due to the stupid Lyme disease for 2 years. ARGH!

Thank you for the recommendation Lynn, I'll go check those out right now.

I am probably over acidic, I'm working on that as well...is wheat grass okay for alkalizing? I had some of that.

I'm sitting here very shaky, and I've had mucous all day that I think has yeast in it. it had a little white in it.
