I would adhere to Fontys advice here in this thread.
Sea-Salt while fasting or the consumption of any outside nutritional source is basically dieting, or as Shelton described it: "lop-sided feeding".
The health-benefits are severely reduced as a consequence.

Water-fasting means: fasting on water only according to thirst. This will allow full ketosis and autolysis, resulting in the maximum cleansing and healing of the body.
