No one can tell with 100% accuracy what caused this other than the introduction of sufficient Iodine released toxins that caused this.

Pretty much up to yourself to follow the Salt, B2/B3 and Selenium co-supplements while slowly building up your Iodine intake. If we go far enough back we know of people who started with a half a drop per day and worked their way up…
