I just ordered the Colon Cleanse kit from Blessed Herbs and plan to do the 5 days liquid fast. I've never been on a liquid fast before and am worried about being hungry all the time. Is it ok to take green drink supplements during the cleanse?
I don't really want to make a vegetable broth because it's not easy for me to get organic vegetables.

Would appreciate feedbacks. Thanks!
