I beg to differ - in my opinion there is no such thing as a safe amount of toxin, especially not if it is man made.  It may not be immediately observable, it may be with phoney baloney GRAS limits (generally regarded as safe), but it IS toxic and does have an effect.  And there is no real way of knowing what happens when so-called small and safe amounts of toxins combine with other toxins (such as the numerous other toxins those found in vaccines).
