Hello everyone. Today was the first day of my 30 day water fast. It was a little difficult but I am happy to say I made it. I can't say that I was hungry but I did fing myself wishing I could eat something proving that my eating habits are purely ba habits not true hunger. I am hoping for a 30 pound weight loss which will put me at my goal of 137 pounds. If anyone is interested in a fasting partner please email me. I would love to have a buddy to go through this with!
