the ascaris is the one I am scared off. Is it possible for it to get stuck while evacuating? I read somewhere that some people have to pull it out...Yikes!!
Is there some kind of relaxing herb I can take (equivalent of xanax) to keep my mind happy and at peace while doing this cleanse (so I won't care what happens)?. Right now, I am all stressed out, obsessessed, grossed out...I have OCD and imagining all this is not fun for me.
