Is the dandelion root in powder form and how much is needed? I heard about the lemon juice and aloe vera gel along with something else, maybe it was water. I was listening to John Gary on a radio talk show and he mentioned these ingredients would flush toxins out that cause water retention.

How are you feeling since you aren't on any meds? There is no way I could not be on the Synthroid, I get panic attacks, start losing my hair, insomnia, all sorts of things go wrong with me.
