Thank you guys so much. Yes I noticed the next day my side was no longer hurting. And I am off now for the next 4 days so I think I will rest this period out and see how I am for next Monday.

This is my first Fast and I think I am doing quite well. My days are feeling very long, I feel like I notice EVERYTHING, it's a good thing i suppose. I am very determined to eliminate the candida issues for good.

I will definately look into other cleansers when this process is finished. I will probably take a probiotic as well to maintain the results.

I am so looking forward to eating watermelon!

And Nadia I am going to look in your site right now!
