what I do is pee into a bottle during the day - anything I don't drink I keep in the bottle until it gets too old - read that old urine can cause problems. 1-2 days max recommended.

when I shower I take that bottle with me and pour the urine onto my skin

I rub it in and anywhere that gets dirty

I then fill the bottle with water and pour that water over my neck and back

seems to work for me :)

oh I was using older urine previously and I found this wasn't as good partly due to the smell, it gets smellier as it ages and also because it seems to aggravate some skin problems - could just be me though I have a type of dermatitis I get on my hands due to a sensitivity to cleaning chemicals
