Hi drofinnah,

As a general guideline, most people that Water Fast drink only water according to thirst. Anything else you put in your mouth triggers hunger. Also I don't think there is any need to do enemas or Liver Flushes at all. There are people here who know much more about it than me because today is only day two for me also, I'm sure you will get great advice here. Fifteen pounds in two days? WOW how cool is that? Good luck with your fast.
