at any rate, it just makes good sense to have a good supply on hand. Food prices are rising rapidly and you ought to have as much on hand as you can store, if only for economical reasons.
I tried to find my favorite basmati rice yesterday. The gal at the store told me that it's gone the same day it comes in, restaurants are hoarding it.
What's next, caper-hoarding? :)
