Hi sky22,

Congratulations on going for 13 days and also for quitting smoking. I'm on day 2 and I'm so hungry but hanging in there. I am a smoker and am still smoking. I guess my question is how many days in to the fast did you quit and did the cigarettes start tasting bad to you or did you start the fast and just quit cold turkey?

I'm new so I can't give you any advice about your question, but I sure do admire what you have accomplished.
