I think no need to worry about your hurting side (unless it is REALLY sore). When I was Water Fasting for 10 days I started experiencing it from day 5-6 (I guess). I will give you a link of my Water Fasting experience where I mentioned the same bother which u have now. So read it and don't worry too much. It means DEFINITELY something positive is going on in your body! ;):))
