I also practice washing with urine, and I am working on Rasa Tantra, one of the other living waters is semen, I make sure I consume this always also. This seems to maintain my potency.

As far as frequency goes I like it 2-3 times a day. I have noticed when I am having a big detox, this is usually when I consume large volumes of urine (10 glasses plus) I may not be as horny but I was very horny before I started UT too so things haven't changed that much other than my recycling and me generally feeling a lot better than I used to

I have found I have more of a presence now

people notice me a lot more
