I am still improving with the drink, exercise and alkalising baths. I pretty much lead a normal life now and owe you so much. Thank you.

I have one query though.

Afetr my first bath, some months ago, my right foot froze in the night and was extremley painful. Now after regularly bathing 2 times a week I have a dull ache in my foot which also feels bruised to touch.

It may be a coincidence but I am wondering if this has anything to do with the lympatic fluids draining to that part of my body?

i do have a problem with bulging veins so it may be done to that and nothing to do the this issue.
