Wasn't answering for you Zoe:), I just thought I would take an opportunity to answer because I love coconut oil......yum it is so good stirred in hot brown rice with lime juice squeezed over. But now i'm eating raw so haven't had that in a while:) I can't stomach it yet solid, it makes me gag when it's cooler weather and I've been in a hurry and eaten it that way.
