I wish I'd seen this earlier. Hope you are still reading the forum.

I had pretty good success with Japanese acupuncture. I think it only helps for a short time though. Boy did I feel good after a session however. And if you get a good one, then they can help you figure out where this might be coming from.

I had the best luck with a very good massage therapist. I think you'd have to make a lot of calls and interview many of them until you found one that even understood your condition. Mine was intuitive. And boy she nailed it for me.
