It is possible, but I would think that you would need to have a pretty big imbalance. If you look at female bodybuilders on steriods you can see there features have changed, but they are on massive doses of testosterone and growth hormone. I wouldn't think a normal imbalance would do it. At most it might cause a little extra facial hair.
