My daughter is 15 and also has the redness around her mouth. It comes and goes. What we have found is Carmex lip balm applied every 2-3 hours. I know it sounds too simple, but it helps. We also apply pure vitamin E oil to the redness and also to other eczema on her body. Have seen very good results. But it must be done every day. She has had it about 6 months now. Regular eczema since she was 2. Good luck.
