I agree~! I actually prefer the solid melt-in-your
mouth method to just slurping the liquid oil. I live
in the south so now that it has gotten HOT, I keep my
coconut oil in the fridge and use a spoon to scrape
out a bunch. I also like it on oatmeal or hot rice
and will scrape some off into that. Of course all ways
are good ways to ingest coconut oil.
