It is indeed a nasty habit and one that can cause death which is why I have decided to tough it out, and thought it would be much better to quit and easier also while fasting, glad to see I was right. I am praying for the day the cigarette becomes obnoxious to me. As this is my first fast and my first day on the fast it can't come soon enough for me! I will be checking out the first link you posted and I have already started reading the second link. I get plenty, probably too much exposure to the sun because I mow 11 acres of grass on a weekly basis. I have already turned brown due to the mowing. Anyway, I have made up my mind to endure this so that I can live in total health. Thank you for sharing, and for the support, I have a feeling I'm going to need it.
