Hi TP, for me the acupuncture was like someone touching parts inside me that I had never felt before. It worked for me after one treatment, that was it. Before I had tried to give up many times, and failed! It did not work for some other friends though, so each to their own.

As far as fasting is concerned, I think it is the best thing I have ever discovered. It seems a guaranteed way to get you back on track, and couldn't be simpler. Of course everyone's fist fast is scary and a bit difficult, but that's what this forum is about.

Be interested to hear how you get on!
