Don't let people tell you, once a smoker always a smoker. People used to tell me, you will always want one. I gave up 23 years ago, and haven't touched one since. I did however, have dreams that i had smoked, when i could sleep that is, and i used to wake thinking, oh no, why did i have that ciggerette, but thankfully it was just a dream. Also to start with i got very bad insomnia, so did my husband who also gave up. I would think fasting would get everything out your system quicker. I just went cold turkey, and was climbing the walls.
