You sound like you are making tremendous progress on your own.  Yes, EFT will be extremely beneficial.  I am not familiar with the Callahan Technique.  Would you explain that to me?

Inositol is a very good start.  Also Omega 3's and Trace Minerals. together with a multivitamin/multimineral as a base.

What is your diet like and what other supplements are you taking?  Also, have you gone through any traumas in childhood, adolescence?  Were you abused?  Did your parents expect you to be perfect?  There are times when OCD and related disorders are purely physical, but for the most part, there are strong emotional threads tied to them that must be addressed and solved.

Processed foods, sugar, sodas (including diet) sweeteners, fast foods are your worst enemy.  This is one aspect of life that must go.  Let me give you a link for the hypoglycemic diet which addresses the blood sugar and adrenal failure and I recommend you follow this diet forever actually.

Lastly, let go of the regret you feel about your teenage years.  Life is not perfect for anybody and we all have our challenges.  Let it go.  From this ,moment on, love yourself for who and what you are at this very moment, together with your weaknesses.  Remember, nobody is perfect and we all have weaknesses.  You are not as different from everyone as you perceive.  We all have the same issues, albeit magnified for those who have emotional disorders.  Once we realize that everybody has the same needs and insecurities, the playing field changes and becomes more level.

I wish you the very best.  You are young and have a wonderful life ahead of you.

Hugs,

Luella
